 Notary Commissions

1. Apply for or renew your Notary Commission at the following website: notary.sos.state.mn.us
    
2. Upon receipt of Notary Commission Certificate record your commission with your resident county.
   Need to present to our office in person and present ID
    
3. Fee to Record - $20 - payable to: Kandiyohi County Recorder (Effective August 1, 2010)

*No out of state checks accepted.
