Eligibity for payment assistance can not be considered until the date of in-person long term care assessment. It is not retroactive like some Medical Assistance funding.
If you were on Medical Assistance and a waiver in the past and are in need of assistance once more, a call to 320-231-7800 is needed to set up payment for services again.
Some assisted living facilities may or may not accept waiver services.
