Public Health: Save Lives, Save Money

Measles is a very contagious disease caused by a virus and is no longer common in the U.S. It is still common in many other countries, and may be brought into the U.S. by unvaccinated travelers. Keeping our measles immunization levels high is critical to preventing measles outbreaks.

For more information, visit Measles (Rubeola) Minnesota Department of Health at www.health.state.mn.us or the Centers for Disease Control Vaccines and Immunizations.
