The GLSSWD Commission meets the 4th Monday of each month at 6:00 p.m. at the Wastewater Treatment Plant located at 14403 138th Avenue NE, Spicer, MN 56288. This schedule is subject to monthly changes as would be noted in the previous month’s minutes.
